Browser script execution via crafted lang parameter

Reflected XSS in Moodle LMS 3.10.9 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through a crafted lang URL parameter. The request handler returns attacker-controlled lang input without neutralizing it for the resulting browser context. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted URL, exposing that user's Moodle browser context to script-controlled reads and actions.
