Service interruption via unbounded JWE decompression

Denial of service in python-jose before 3.4.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt applications by submitting a compressed JWE token. The jwe.decrypt path passes attacker-controlled DEF content to zlib decompression without an output-size bound, consuming disproportionate memory and processing time. The application must decrypt an untrusted JWE whose protected header requests DEF compression; exploitation interrupts service without reported data disclosure or modification.
