Category deletion via tokenless GET request

Cross-site request forgery in Anchor CMS 0.12.7 allows remote attackers to delete a category through an authenticated administrator's browser. The admin/categories/delete route performs the state-changing Category::find($id)->delete() operation through GET without consuming a request token. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to load an attacker-crafted URL, and it deletes the selected category while reassigning its posts.
