Authenticated SSRF via external SVG image reference

SSRF in Volmarg Personal Management System 1.4.64 allows remote authenticated users to trigger HTTP and DNS requests via SVG uploads. The Images workflow accepts an SVG whose xlink:href names an external URL and dereferences that URL from the application server. High-privilege access to the Images tab is required; opening the uploaded image triggers outbound traffic to the referenced host.
