Username enumeration via asymmetric password validation

Observable timing discrepancy in Portainer CE 2.19.4 allows remote attackers to identify valid usernames through login requests. The authentication backend performs password validation only for existing accounts, making failed login responses measurably slower for valid usernames. No authentication is required, but repeated requests and response-time comparison are needed; the result discloses account names only.
