Privilege escalation in OneUptime before 7.0.1815 allows remote authenticated users to gain administrative access via browser storage. The web client trusts the browser's is_master_admin local-storage value and enables privileged functionality when it changes from false to true. A normal account and browser access are required; the published demonstration exposes the signed-up user list, while most other admin functions remain disabled.
