Local file disclosure via encoded path traversal

Path traversal in webpack-dev-middleware before 5.3.4, 6.0.0 through 6.1.1, and 7.0.0 allows remote attackers to read local files. getFilenameFromUrl strips the public-path prefix, then appends an encoded, unnormalized suffix to outputPath, so %2e and %2f sequences escape that directory. Direct exploitation requires a reachable development server; otherwise, permissive cross-origin access and a visited malicious link provide browser-mediated reachability, while physical-filesystem disclosure occurs with writeToDisk enabled.
