Process crash via Fletcher32 filter buffer overrun

Buffer overflow in HDF5 through 1.14.3 allows local users to corrupt a parsing process via a crafted HDF5 file, causing a crash or code execution. The H5Z__filter_fletcher32 checksum filter overruns its processing buffer while decoding malformed Fletcher32-filtered data, permitting instruction-pointer corruption. Exploitation requires a local process to parse attacker-controlled HDF5 content; successful code execution inherits that process's privileges.
