Code execution via H5FL_arr_malloc stack overflow

Stack buffer overflow in The HDF Group HDF5 1.14.3 and earlier allows local users to crash applications or execute code via a malformed file. While parsing attacker-controlled HDF5 data, H5FL_arr_malloc writes beyond a stack buffer and corrupts the saved instruction pointer. The file must be opened by an HDF5-linked process; triggering interrupts that process or executes code with its privileges.
