Unauthenticated settings modification via unrestricted setup workflow

Incorrect access control in esMind MosP 勤怠管理 4.6.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter product settings without authentication. The setup workflow fails to restrict access to later-stage setup functions, exposing configuration changes before authentication. Any remote attacker who can reach the web application can modify its settings; no data disclosure or service interruption is reported.
