Improper input validation in OpenHarmony 3.2.0 through 3.2.4 allows local users to execute code in any application. The telephony_cellular_call component accepts inadequately validated input, but the vendor has not disclosed the affected function or malformed value. Local low-privileged access is required, and successful exploitation crosses an application security boundary to run code in another app.
