Password-hash disclosure via default shadow-file permissions

Incorrect default permissions in rpm-ostree 1.2024.4 allow local users to read password hashes from shadow files. The compose path manually creates shadow, shadow-, gshadow, and gshadow- with default mode 0644 instead of explicitly applying mode 0000. Only new installations built from affected commits inherit the modes; enforcing SELinux blocks confined actors but not unconfined users or services.
