Unauthorized API access via static token-signing key

Use of a default cryptographic key in Acryl Data DataHub Helm Charts 0.1.143 through 0.2.181 allows remote attackers to forge access tokens. When Metadata Service Authentication is enabled through direct environment variables, the chart skips Kubernetes Secret generation and GMS loads the public static signing key from application.yml. A forged personal access token grants unauthorized read and write access to DataHub APIs, but only deployments that bypassed the chart settings and enabled authentication are affected.
