Internal-network disclosure via unchecked metadata URL

SSRF in Memos before 0.16.1 allows remote attackers to read limited HTML metadata from internal-network services without authentication. The public /o/get/httpmeta handler passes its url query parameter to getter.GetHTMLMeta after syntax-only parsing, without restricting private destinations. Any network client can invoke the route; successful requests expose titles, descriptions, and image metadata rather than full response bodies.
