Cross-user playbook disclosure via missing access control

Authorization bypass in JumpServer 3.0.0 through 3.10.5 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' playbook files. The Job Template file retrieval path accepts a user-controlled playbook_id without enforcing ownership against the requesting default-role user. A default-role account and another user's playbook_id are required, and the demonstrated consequence is cross-user file disclosure.
