Authentication bypass in SolarWinds Access Rights Manager 2024.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to access the RabbitMQ management console. ARM contains a hard-coded RabbitMQ credential that the management console accepts as valid authentication; SolarWinds has not disclosed its code or configuration locus. No prior account or user interaction is required, but the attacker must reach the management interface from an adjacent network.
