Code execution via malicious CAVAC file deserialization

Insecure deserialization in CAVATools in Dell Common Event Enabler 8.9.10.0 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code. CAVATools deserializes attacker-controlled data from a .cavac file without adequate validation, but Dell has not identified the affected function or serialization format. A logged-in user must open the malicious file, after which code runs with that user's privileges.
