Authenticated service interruption via unbounded preference batches

Uncontrolled resource consumption in affected Mattermost Server releases allows remote authenticated users to cause a service interrupt. The authenticated v4 preference update and delete handlers decode an unbounded JSON array and accept more than 100 preference objects per request. Any signed-in user can submit oversized preference batches, consuming server resources and degrading or interrupting service without affecting data confidentiality or integrity.
