Integer underflow in Microsoft ODBC Driver for SQL Server before 17.10.6.1 or 18.3.3.1 allows remote attackers to execute code. Microsoft identifies an integer underflow but has not published the affected parser or subtraction performed on malicious server data. A client must connect to an attacker-controlled SQL Server and process its response; successful exploitation runs code in the client process.
