Session retention via repeated exit notifications

Improper session termination in OpenVPN 2.6.0 through 2.6.10 allows remote authenticated users to retain a closing VPN session. In server mode, receive_exit_message repeatedly calls schedule_exit for client exit notifications, resetting the delayed SIGTERM timer before it fires. An authenticated client can therefore prevent a management-interface client-kill command from disconnecting its session, retaining tunnel access beyond the intended cutoff.
