Ciphertext exposure via newline-blind tag regex

Decryption bypass in SecureProps 1.2.0 through 1.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to expose tagged ciphertext via crafted data. TagAwareCipher's anchored dot regex does not span newline bytes, so tag detection fails and returns the input without invoking the base cipher. Reachability requires an application to use a base cipher with the non-default NullEncoder and to process attacker-controlled tagged ciphertext with user interaction.
