Local code tampering via world-writable Ruby files

Incorrect default permissions in MDP ROTP 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 allow local users to modify installed Ruby source files. The affected gem packages assign mode 0666 to .rb files, leaving library code writable by every local account after installation. A local user with filesystem access can alter code later loaded by ROTP-consuming Ruby processes, affecting OTP-related execution and data.
