Authenticated code execution via pre-authorization SpEL evaluation

SpEL injection in OpenMetadata before 1.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through event-subscription updates. EventSubscriptionRepository.prepare passes an attacker-controlled filtering-rule condition to AlertUtil.validateExpression, which evaluates it before authorization with a permissive SpEL context. A valid OpenMetadata account and JWT are required, but no administrative role or user interaction is needed to run commands with server-process privileges.
