Private-key disclosure via deterministic ECDSA timing

Timing information disclosure in GnuTLS 3.7.6-23 allows remote authenticated users to recover ECDSA private keys via signing requests. gnutls_privkey_sign_data2 with GNUTLS_PRIVKEY_FLAG_REPRODUCIBLE leaks whether a secp521r1 nonce falls from 513 to 512 bits through a measurable timing step. Exploitation requires hundreds to thousands of known-message signatures and sufficiently precise timing; successful lattice analysis recovers the long-term private key.
