Stored XSS via crash-report URL injection

Stored XSS in Checkmk 2.0.0 through 2.0.0p39 and before 2.1.0p45, 2.2.0p28, or 2.3.0p7 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts. The Global Settings handler stores HTML supplied in the crash report URL without neutralizing it, and the Crash Reports page later renders the injected elements. Exploitation requires permission to change Global Settings and another user to open the affected page, enabling browser-context data access or actions.
