Improper access control in Samsung Exynos baseband software allows physically proximate attackers to disclose sensitive information. The RRC handling code processes radio-control states without properly checking whether the baseband state permits them. A nearby cellular-radio path is required; published evidence reports no ability to modify data or interrupt service.
