Browser script injection via unneutralized POST input
Published Mar 13, 2025 · Updated Mar 19, 2025
Cross-site scripting in Italtel i-MCS NFV 12.1.0-20211215 allows remote attackers to inject script through an HTTP POST parameter. The affected HTTP handler fails to neutralize attacker-controlled POST input before including it in generated page content; the parameter and handler names are undisclosed. No authentication is required, but exploitation requires another user to render the injected content, enabling script execution in that user's browser context.
