Stored cross-site scripting in IBM Rational ClearQuest 9.1 through 9.1.0.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in the Web UI. The Web UI stores user-supplied script content and later renders it as active JavaScript, but IBM has not identified the affected input field or output-encoding path. A low-privileged account must plant the content, and execution within a trusted session can alter page behavior and disclose credentials.
