SSRF via unrestricted XOP attachment URL fetching

SSRF in Apache CXF's Aegis DataBinding before 3.5.8, 3.6.3, and 4.0.4 allows remote attackers to send server-side URL requests. AttachmentUtil treats an unmatched xop:include href as a URL and creates a URLDataSource that follows it without restricting the destination. Only web services using the nondefault Aegis DataBinding and accepting at least one anyType parameter are exposed, allowing access to resources reachable by the service.
