Controller hang via zero-length OpenFlow instruction

Infinite-loop denial of service in Faucet SDN Ryu 4.34 allows remote attackers to hang the controller with a crafted OpenFlow message. The referenced proof of concept locates the flaw in OFPFlowMod parsing: its loop adds untrusted OFPInstruction.len to the offset, and a zero value prevents progress. An unauthenticated peer able to reach the OpenFlow listener can stop controller processing without user interaction.
