Authenticated command execution via diagnostics target injection

Command injection in D-Link DWR-2000M firmware 1.34 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary system commands through Diagnostics. The network_diagnostics endpoint passes the target parameter to the ping command without neutralizing shell delimiters, so a semicolon starts attacker-supplied commands. Access requires a logged-in session on the appliance network, and successful injection runs commands with the diagnostics service privileges.
