Script execution via entity-encoded XSL URL

Cross-site scripting in the innovaphone PBX myPBX interface in 12r2, 13r3, and 14r1 allows remote attackers to run script via xml_modes.xml. Advanced UI servlets treat the xsl query parameter as an XSLT URL, while XML entity encoding lets a colon bypass the URL restriction. A user must render the crafted response; resulting script runs in that browser session and can access or modify data available to it.
