Stored cross-site scripting in Piwigo before 14.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in an administrator's browser. The create_tag function stores attacker-controlled tag names without removing embedded HTML or JavaScript before later administrative use. A lower-privileged user must create a malicious tag and an administrator must interact with it; the resulting administrative-session access enables code upload and server-side code execution.
