Unauthenticated password reset via spoofed localhost header

Improper authentication in LG LED Assistant 2.1.65 allows remote attackers to reset the application password through its HTTPS API. The /api/changePw handler in Common.js trusts X-Forwarded-For to identify localhost, so a value of 127.0.0.1 bypasses current-password verification. No authentication or user interaction is required, and a successful request replaces the application password, enabling unauthorized access.
