Arbitrary code execution via RAS heap overflow

Heap buffer overflow in FreeImage 3.19.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code by loading a crafted RAS image. PluginRAS.cpp's ReadData() processes attacker-controlled RAS pixel data with heap out-of-bounds reads and writes during FreeImage_Load. The attacker must cause a local process linked to the library to parse the file; successful memory corruption can execute code in that process.
