Arbitrary code execution via RAS heap overflow

Heap buffer overflow in FreeImage 3.19.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code by loading a crafted RAS image. PluginRAS.cpp's Load() path reads and writes beyond a heap buffer while FreeImage_Load processes malformed RAS data. Exploitation requires a local process or consuming application to pass the crafted image to the library, after which code runs in that process's security context.
