Process crash via J2K heap over-read

Heap buffer over-read in FreeImage 3.19.0 allows local users to crash image-processing software by supplying a crafted J2K image. The bundled OpenJPEG opj_j2k_tcp_destroy() cleanup path reads beyond a heap allocation after FreeImage_Load processes the malformed codestream. Reachability requires an application to load the attacker-controlled file; the reported impact is process termination without data disclosure or modification.
