Process crash via J2K heap over-read

Heap buffer over-read in FreeImage 3.19.0 allows local users to crash an image-processing process via a crafted J2K image. The opj_j2k_read_mct function reads past a heap buffer while FreeImage parses multicomponent-transform data from the J2K header. Exploitation requires the crafted file to be loaded by a process linked to the library, and the demonstrated consequence is that process terminating.
