Process crash via EXR heap over-read

Buffer over-read in FreeImage 3.19.0 allows local users to crash an image-processing process by loading a crafted EXR image. During PIZ decompression, Imf_2_2::CharPtrIO::readChars() reads past the heap buffer while decoding attacker-controlled EXR data. A local workflow must pass the file to a FreeImage-linked process, and the reported consequence is process termination rather than code execution.
