Authenticated script execution via stored form fields
Published Mar 28, 2024 · Updated Mar 27, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in Online Marriage Registration System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in an administrator's browser. The marriage registration form stores submitted text fields without neutralizing script markup and renders those values in the administrator's request view. A valid user login and administrator interaction are required, exposing the administrator's web session to attacker-controlled browser actions.
