Privilege escalation via unescaped APK description
Published Mar 25, 2024 · Updated Aug 5, 2024
SQL injection in Cobub Razor 0.8.0 allows remote attackers to escalate privileges through a crafted APK description. ChannelModel::updateapk places the user-controlled description directly inside an SQL UPDATE string and executes it without parameterization. The proof of concept assumes an existing product ID and demonstrates database queries and reflected error output through the APK upload request.
