Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in webEdition CMS 9.2.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to write executable PHP files through local-file import. The uploadProcess RPC accepts an attacker-chosen PHP filename and content, and the import_files workflow commits the file beneath the web root without rejecting its executable type. A valid webEdition session with import access is required; requesting the uploaded file executes its PHP code in the web server context.
