Script execution via stored we_cmd payload

Stored XSS in webEdition CMS 9.2.2 allows remote attackers to execute script in another user's browser through we_cmd.php. The endpoint accepts the we_cmd request-body parameter and stores script-related HTML without neutralization before later rendering. No authentication is required to submit the payload, but a user must view the stored content; the resulting impact is confined to that browser context.
