Stored XSS via unsanitized VPN comments

Stored XSS in the VPN page of TOTOLINK X2000R firmware before 1.0.0-B20231213.1013 allows remote authenticated users to run script. The PPTP and L2TP VPN forms store the Comment field without neutralizing HTML, causing a submitted SVG onload handler to execute when the page renders. A low-privileged management-session account must save the payload and another user must visit the VPN page, where the script runs in that user's browser context.
