Authenticated script execution via unsanitized comment field
Published Mar 15, 2024 · Updated Mar 28, 2025
Stored XSS in TOTOLINK X2000R before 1.0.0-B20231213.1013 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a visitor's browser. The Root Access Control Comment field stores markup without neutralization and renders it on later Wireless-page visits. Low-privileged access is required to save the payload, and another user must open the page; the script then runs in that user's browser context.
