Broken access control in Sipwise C5 NGCP Dashboard before mr11.5.1 allows remote authenticated users to read Journal account data. The dashboard renders an administrator Journal route containing an account ID when opened directly, without enforcing the admin-only restriction. An authenticated low-privilege account and direct navigation are required; exposed entries reveal usernames, email addresses, and roles.
