Open redirect in Sipwise C5 NGCP Dashboard before mr11.5.1 allows remote authenticated users to redirect victims to malicious sites. The Old Admin Panel decodes a double-URL-encoded back parameter and uses the resulting external URL as the Back button destination. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to distribute a crafted dashboard link and a victim to open it and click Back.
