Unauthenticated server crash via invalid file-close identifier

NULL pointer dereference in libIEC61850 1.4.0 allows remote attackers to crash an MMS server via a crafted file-close request. The MMS file-close handler accepts an unrecognized file-read state-machine identifier, receives a null pointer from getFrsm, and dereferences it without validation. An unauthenticated network client with access to the MMS service can terminate the hosting process, interrupting its embedded application.
