Secret-key disclosure via unchecked faulty decryptions

Fault injection in Crypto++ 8.9.0 ElGamal decryption allows local users to recover secret keys from faulty plaintext outputs. SymmetricDecrypt uses a potentially bit-flipped secret key to compute the modular inverse and returns the resulting plaintext without a consistency check. Exploitation requires a co-resident process to induce Rowhammer faults and obtain enough faulty decryption outputs for key recovery.
