Account takeover via unauthorized password reset

Authorization bypass in enilu web-flash 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to reset arbitrary users' passwords via a crafted POST request. The /prod-api/user/resetPassword endpoint processes a target-user password reset without enforcing authorization for that account. A low-privileged account can take over another account by assigning it a new password; no user interaction or service interruption is required.
